Please Note

  • Fees for the first and last month of stay are pro-rata.

  • Fees for the calendar month become due on the last day of that month and must be paid by the 5th of the following month.

  • A Late fee of Rs.100/- per week or part thereof (of delay beyond due date i.e. month end) is levied on delayed payments.

  • Delay in payment of fees beyond two weeks from the due date may lead to termination of stay and forfeiture of Security Deposit.

  • Payment by Cash, Cheque or Electronic Transfer. If by Electronic Transfer a screen shot of the Transaction Receipt/intimation must be furnished.

Admission & Deposits

  • ADMISSION/BOOKING FEE:  A non-refundable, onetime fee of Rs.1000/- paid at the time of Admission/Booking the room.  Applicants who fail to occupy the booked room on the committed date or within a week thereof will forfeit the Admission/Booking fees paid and the Admission/Booking will stand cancelled.

     

  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: A one-time Security Deposit of Rs. 16,000/- paid at admission. This deposit is refunded after adjusting dues (if any, in fees and/or damages beyond that reasonably attributable to normal wear and tear) at the time of departure.  

 

  • MINIMUM FEE: The minimum fee (regardless of the actual period of stay) is the fee applicable for one month stay in the selected class of accommodation.

 

  • INDEPENDENT ACCESS: Independent access accommodation in Single STANDARD, Single DELUXE, Triple DELUXE++ and MINI Apartments (A/C and non A/C) configuration for Residents unable to maintain Hostel timings or wishing to opt out of Hostel meals.

 

  • A/C CHARGES: Rs.600/- extra plus A/C Electricity charges as metered.

Rebates in Fees

  • LOYALTY REBATE:   A Resident continuously staying in the hostel for a year gets a loyalty rebate of 3% on the applicable base fee in the second year of stay and a rebate of 4 % on the applicable base fee from the 3rd year onwards.

  • WEEKEND ABSENCE REBATE: A Resident going home for weekends gets a rebate of Rs.800/- per month on the base fee.

  • SHORT ABSENCE REBATE:  A resident giving prior notice of absence through SMS/WhatsApp from her registered mobile and absent continuously for a week or more up to a month gets a rebate of Rs.100/- per day of absence.

  • LONG ABSENCE REBATE:  A resident giving prior notice of absence through SMS/WhatsApp from her registered mobile and absent continuously for more than a month gets a (Boarding/Meal) rebate of Rs.2400/- on the applicable base fee plus a 50% rebate on the balance (Lodging) fee per month of absence.

  • BOARDING REBATE:  Eligible Residents opting out of Hostel meals get a rebate of Rs.2400/- per month.  Residents opting out of meals may avail if they wish of the Pay Kitchen facility to cook meals @ Rs.550/- per month per person.
